Basic Concepts
To understand what I write and talk about, there are some basic concepts that need to be clarified. I outline them here, so I don’t have to elaborate on them in each post.
What are 3D, 4D, and 5D?
I use these concepts based on a kind of self-invented principle. We also know the terms 3D, 4D, and 5D, where they represent the ‘density’ we live in – so far, we have lived in the 3rd density. We are undergoing a significant individual and collective transformation of energies within us and around us, which will bring us up to the 4th and 5th densities. I have written post ‘#0 – energy work’ about the transformation process and how we can consciously participate in it.
But I am a very practically oriented person, and since we cannot yet really feel which density we are in (yet), I use 3D, 4D, and 5D in the following way: 3D is, in short, the life you know. 4D is when you take your 3D life and also open up to the energetic dimension. When you do this, you begin to view all energies as just as real as everything else physical, even though you cannot see and hear the energies but can only feel them. 5D is when you also open up to the spiritual dimension and begin to live your life in much closer contact with everything that exists on this plane. I have various films on YouTube that explain things further.
The Three Types of Energy
In my film about ‘The Theory of the Purpose of Life,’ you can see a much more detailed explanation of the three energies, and in this post, I will keep it brief.
In your body, you have three types of energy – the etheric, the astral, and the mental energies. The etheric energies are a copy of your physical body – the extent of the total amount of etheric energy is just a bit larger than your physical body. The astral energies are in what is called the astral body and extend from your throat area in an egg-shaped bubble down below your feet – the energy is both inside and outside your body. Your mental energies are in your mental body and extend from your shoulders like a helmet above your head – again, the energy is both inside and outside your body. Both the astral and mental bodies extend beyond the boundaries of your physical body. The density of the energies is strongest closest to your physical body, but the energies extend quite a bit outwards like a kind of antenna. Some call this the aura.
In our society, we are well acquainted with our thoughts, even though we do not describe them as energies. We also know a lot about the functions of the body, and many healers and alternative practitioners direct their efforts directly at the etheric energies. Some also work with the emotional energies, but we still have only a very sparse tradition of discussing feelings as energies. And when you do that, the conversation changes completely. The feelings suddenly acquire a structure and some rules that can be used as a guide, making them easier to talk about.
I primarily focus on the astral energies, and I do so for many reasons. One of them is that it is where the gateway to our spiritual development lies – but also because animals ‘speak’ through the astral energies, and humans’ future relationship with animals is encompassed in my soul’s purpose.
Languages
When we talk about understanding something, there are two languages we can ‘understand’ with – the mental and the astral. That is, the logical and the emotional, and there is a significant difference in the content of these two languages. Let me give you an example.
I can say to you that 2 + 2 is 4, and it will make sense to you, and you can understand what I am saying. If I want to tell you how I feel, the matter is entirely different. I will have some feelings inside me that I first have to try to find appropriate words to describe – and you have to then capture those and try to recreate the feeling in yourself (or a copy) – that I have inside me. This could be bypassed if one were able to transfer a feeling between each other just like one can transfer words from one’s mouth to the recipient’s ear, as sound waves through the air between people. But we cannot capture feelings with our ears – for that, we need to use our heart and bodily sensory system. And since the astral/emotional energies are placed from the throat and down into the body, it is the sensory system in this part of the body that should be used to send and receive emotional information. You simply cannot use the head to send feelings through – the head captures thought information, the body captures emotional information. But when people gain better insight and control over the energies in their bodies, they will in the future be able to send ‘thought waves’ and ‘feeling waves’ to others – just as we now send ‘sound waves’ to each other from mouth to ear.
